护士对基础护理质量意识的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on the quality consciousness about basic nursing among the nurses

目的 了解护士基础护理质量意识现状及相关因素，为进一步提高基础护理质量提供依据。方法 采用描述性研究设计，自行设计问卷，于2005年8～9月采用方便取样的方法，随机选取168名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果 ①护士对基础护理质量的重要性缺乏全面认识；②98名（58．3％）护士对实施基础护理持否定态度，其中，护士的学历、职称以及对基础护理收费标准与劳动价值符合程度的认识，对基础护理质量重要性的认识，是影响护士对实施基础护理态度的主要因素；③护士对基础护理质量重要性的认识及工作年限，是影响护士基础护理环节质量控制的重要因素。结论 只有加强护士全员教育，促进基础护理质量意识的提高及实施态度的转变，完善基础护理质量管理标准和监控、评价体系两者并举，才能实现基础护理质量的持续改进和不断提高。

Objective To determine the quality consciousness and related factors about basic nursing among the nurses, and provide evidence for the quality improvement of basic nursing. Methods 168 clinical nurses were recruited by convenient sampling method and were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire from Aug. 2005 to Sep. 2005. Results ①The nurses showed deficiency to the importance of the quality of basic nursing. ②98 nurses （58.3%） held negative attitude to the implementation of basic nursing. The main influential factors were nurses＇ educational degree, position, attitude to the accordance of charge standards and labor value of basic nursing, and attitude to the importance of the quality of basic nursing. ③Nurses＇ attitude to the importance of the quality of basic nursing and working years were the important factors that influenced their behaviors of quality control for basic nursing. Conclusions In order to continuously improve the quality of basic nursing,it is neeessary to strengthen the education to enhance nurses＇ quality consciousness and change their attitude to basic nursing： as well as improve the standards, supervision and evaluation system of quality management for basic nursing.
