摘要
目的分析军队医院干部病房护士的工作压力源状况并制定对策。方法采用护士工作压力源量表,以无记名问卷调查的形式,对66名护士的工作压力源进行调查分析。结果干部病房护士经常更换班次、工资和其他福利待遇低、晋升和继续深造的机会较少、担心工作中出现差错事故等为重要的工作压力源。结论应采取有针对性的措施,减少或缓解干部病房护士的工作压力。
Objective To analyze nurses' job stressors in the cadre' wards of military hospitals,and to explore the countermeasures. Method 66 nurses were investigated with the nurse job stressor questionnaire namelessly. Result The main job stressors were ranked as night shift, low income, little chance of promotion and further study ,worrying about the working errors. Conclusion It is necessary to take corresponding countermeasures to relieve nurses' job stress in cadre' wards.
