摘要
目的减少非技术性护理缺陷,提高服务质量。方法要求护理人员把情感介入到护理工作的全过程,并对患者实施满意度调查,具体措施是:①导入服务理念;②建立、健全激励机制;③改变服务技巧;④调整护理工时;⑤深入实施整体护理;⑥实施人文关怀护理。结果运用情感介入,患者的满意度得到了大幅度提高,护士的综合能力也明显提高。结论运用情感介入能有效减少非技术性护理缺陷,提高服务质量。
Objective To reduce non - technical nursing defects and improve the quality of nursing. Methods The nurses were asked to put the emotion into the whole process of nursing work. The detailed measures included:①guiding the philosophy of service;②establishing the stimulating mechanism; ③modifying the skills of serviee;④regulating nursing hours;⑤implementing holistic nursing deeply;⑥implementing humanistic nursing. Results This practice increased patients' satisfaction and improved nurses' compreheasive abilities obviously. Conclusion Emotional involvement could effectively reduce non - technical nursing defects and improve the quality of nursing.
