The influence of ramipril in addition to valsartan on heart remdoeling and function in chronic heart failure patients

摘要 目的观察雷米普利、缬沙坦联合对慢性心力衰竭患者心脏重构及心功能的影响。方法150例慢性心力衰竭患者分为两组,对照组应用雷米普利及常规治疗,治疗组加用缬沙坦,治疗6个月后观察心功能与心脏结构的变化。结果在应用雷米普利的基础上加用缬沙坦可以明显改善左心室射血分数、左心室舒张末期内径和左心室短轴缩短率及心胸比例。结论联合治疗可以改善心脏重构和心功能。 Objective To observe the influence of ramipril in addition to valsartan on heart remodeling and function in chronic heart failure patients. Methods Heart structure and function were measured in 150 patients after 6 month treatment of ramipril in addition to valsartan. Results LVDD,LAD,FS,EF,heart thoracic ratio were significantly improved after treatment. Conclusion combination of ramipril,valsartan can improve the remodeling and heart function in chronic heart failure.
