摘要
本文对50例急性心肌梗死后1个月内连续病例(1组)及51例正常人(2组)的心率变异性各能谱成份进行研究。对其睡眠段、白天段以及24小时内每小时时间段进行比较,探讨变化的规律性。结果显示:1.睡眠段及清醒段总能谱(TF)、低能谱(LF)及高能谱(HF)1组明显低于2组,两组差别有高度显著性(皆P<0.01)。两个时间段极低能谱(VLF)两组差别无显著性。2.LF/HF睡眠段两组无差别,清醒段其比值1组明显低于2组(P<0.05)。3.24小时内每小时时间段的昼夜规律TF、LF及HF两组基本相同,均于早晨清醒后突然下降出现全天最低谷,VLF两组均呈低平曲线。
Frequency domain analysis of heart rate variability was studied in 50 consecutive patients within one month after myocardial infarction and 51normal subjects. Four frequency power spectral components were compared between two groups and the circadiant rhythm of power spectral components was observed every hour. The results showed that: 1. Myocardial infarction group had significantly lower total frequency (TF),low frequency (LF) and hight frequency (HF) power spectral components comparing with those in normal subjects in sleeping time as well as daytime (all of P val-ues<0.01). However, the very low frequency (VLF) power spectral component had no difference between two gronps. 2. LF/HF ratio had no difference in two groups in sleeping time but had lower ratio in post infarct patients in daytime (p<0.05). 3. Two groups had same circadiant rhythm in terms of TF.LF and HF and all of these power spectral components failed dramatically in the hours of early morning.
