设立投资者保护基金是证券市场的一项重要制度创新,但目前我国投资者保护基金的有关制度安排还需要进一步予以明确。为此,文章从多方面进行了探讨,并提出了相关对策。

On the capital market of our country, the protection fund of securities investors is an important system innovation. But there are still some problems to be solved. This dissertation deeply discuses these problems and raises some measures.
