论高校聘任教师的权益保护

On the Protection of the College Teacher's Rights and Interests

实施教师聘任制是我国高校教师任用制度的一项重要改革。在现行高校教师聘任制实施过程中,由于教师法律地位界定不明、教师与学校关系未理顺等多方面的原因,教师合法权益被侵害的现象时有发生。应在法律法规健全的基础上,主要从聘任制程序的规范和监督制约机制的完善两大方面来加强对高校教师合法权益的保护。

Implementing the appointing the system of college teacher is an important reform of the appointing the system of college teacher in our country. In the course of implementing the appointing the system of college teacher, because of the unclarity of the teacher＇ s legal status limit and the relation between the teacher and the school, and so on various reason, legitimate rights and interests of the teachers are sometimes impinged. In the foundation of pectfecting the laws and regulations, the protection of the college teacher＇s legitimate rights and interests should be strengthen, mainly by two big aspects, namely restricting the appointing system procedure and perfecting the mechanism of inspecttion.
