摘要
测定了不同温度下八斑球腹蛛对烟粉虱成虫的捕食量,结果表明:八斑球腹蛛对烟粉虱的捕食量随温度的升高而增大,可用Holling-Ⅱ型和Holling—Ⅲ型模型加以拟合。在17—35℃范围内发现率和最大捕食量随温度升高而增大,平均处理时间随温度升高而减少,表明适宜的高温环境有助于提高八斑球腹蛛对烟粉虱的捕食量。
The predation of Theridion octomacutatum to Bemisia tabacia was investigated at 5 contant temperature regimes in the laboratory. The functional responses could be well simulated by a Holling - Ⅱ and a Holling - Ⅲ models, respectively. It showed that temperature had significant effected on the predation. The maximum number of prey consumed by predator was decreased with temperature increased, while the mean handling time reduced. The results indicated that T. octomacutatum might be a important potential predator for the suppressing population of B. tabacia in the field.
