摘要
采用电容层析成像技术及相关测速原理,在线检测风口支管煤粉的浓度与速度,对支管在喷吹过程中出现的堵塞、空喷、停喷以及输送不畅等非正常状态进行在线监测和报警,高炉煤粉喷吹支管状态监测系统还能够在线提供各支管煤粉喷吹分配指示质量流量,以监测各支管喷吹状态的一致性、均匀性。高炉煤粉喷吹支管状态监测系统在宝钢1号高炉已连续稳定运行3年多。
A new method of monitoring the status of branch pipes of PCI powder coal injection into BF based on measuring the concentration and velocity of coal powder using ECT(electrical capacitance tomography) with correlation is presented. All the abnormal operations of branch pipes, such as clogging, stopping and unimpeded transpor ting, can be detected and alarmed on line. "The flow rate assigned to each branch pipe can also be computed continu ously for uniform injection. The system was put in operation on No. 1BF of Baosteel. It has worked well for more than three years.
