参麦注射液对人成骨肉瘤多药耐药细胞株R-OS-732逆转作用 被引量:11

摘要 目的选用人成骨肉瘤多药耐药细胞株R-OS-732为对象来观察参麦注射液逆转多药耐药(MDR)的作用。方法用MTT法检测常用化疗药物对R-OS-732的毒性。结果经MTT法发现参麦注射液能增加R-OS-732对阿霉素的敏感性,使阿霉素半数抑制浓度(IC50)由12.4mg/L,降至7.21mg/L,部分逆转了R-OS-732对阿霉素耐药性,逆转倍数为1.72倍。同时,参麦注射液可提高R-OS-732细胞内化疗药物的浓度,增加化疗药的毒性作用。结论参麦注射液能逆转人成骨肉瘤多药耐药细胞株R-OS-732,其机制可能与胞内阿霉素浓度有关。
