摘要
光收发一体模块作为光通信的核心器件,一直是光通信领域研究的热点。可用于存储网光纤通道领域的SFP光收发一体模块,其平均光功率和消光比至关重要。文章阐述通过控制偏置电流和调制电流可以保持模块的平均光功率和消光比的稳定,同时,通过设置合适的补偿系数可保证模块发射眼图等重要参数符合设计要求。根据设计方案制作出的样品模块,经实测得到的性能参数符合设计要求。
The transceiver which is one of the core device of Optical Communication is always the research focus in the field of Optical Communication. The average power and extinction ratio are very important for the SFP Transceiver used in the Storage-Area Network of the fiber channel field. The average power and extinction ratio can be kept in a specific value by adjusting the bias current and modulation current value, and the characteristics of the module can be satisfied with expected by setting appropriate compensation coefficient. According to the research, a sample SFP module is produced, and the characteristics of the sample are coincident with the expected after testing.
