黄芪建中汤对脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠免疫功能的影响

Effect of Huanqi Jianzhong Decoction on the Immunologic Function of Rats of the Spleen Deficiency Type with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:观察黄芪建中汤对脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将24只Wistar大鼠随机分为4组:①正常对照组;②CAG组:6只大鼠以2%的水杨酸钠灌胃8周造成胃粘膜损伤,后4周结合饥饱失常、劳倦过度使大鼠致虚;③维酶素组:6只已造模大鼠,使用维酶素治疗21 d;④黄芪建中汤组:6只已造模大鼠,使用黄芪建中汤治疗21 d。观察大鼠胸腺指数、脾指数、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清IgG和回肠黏液SIgA的含量。结果:与正常对照组比较,CAG组大鼠的上述指标显著降低,经黄芪建中汤和维酶素治疗21 d后,大鼠的上述指标显著改善。结论:黄芪建中汤可显著增强CAG大鼠的免疫功能。

Objective： To observe the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on the immunologic function of rats of the spleen deficiency type with chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Methods： 24 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups： the nomal controlled group （6 rats）. CAG group （6 rats） ： 2% sodium salicylate were poured into rats＇ stomach for eight weeks to damage the gastic mucosa. In the last 4 weeks the rats were made deficiency through abnomal hunger and overeat together with over fatigue. Weimaisu group： 6 modelled rats were treated with Weimeisu for 21 days. Huangqi Jiangzhong Decoction group： 6 groups were treated for 21 days with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction. To observe the thymus index; the spleen index; the macrophage phagocytic function, the content of blood ,serum IgG and ileum mucous SIgA. Results ; Compared with those of the nomal controlled group, the above index of rats of CAG group were rernarksblely decreased after the treatment. And the above index of rats were improved evidently after the treatment of 21 days with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Weimeisu. Conclusion： Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction can remarkably stengthen the immunologic function.
