An Optical Fiber Sensor Monitoring on Resin Flow

摘要 开发了一种用于树脂流动监测的新型光纤传感器。该传感器由普通多模光纤制作而成,介绍了该传感器工作原理与制作方法。利用该传感器进行了工艺监测实验,结果表明,该传感器能很好地捕捉到树脂流动前峰的发展,适合用于树脂流动监测。 A new optical fiber sensor to monitor resin flow was developed with general single mode fiber. The sensor was made of usual multi-model optical fibers. The working principle and the method fabricated the sensors were introduced. The sensor was used to monitor the actual resin injection process. The results show that the optical sensors presented in this paper can successfully catch the resin flow front and it is fit to monitor the resin flow process.
