摘要
建立和完善事故应急预案是风险管理的重要组成部分。对建立和完善事故应急预案的必要性,事故应急预案的编制、演练、修订及其作用进行了分析,并列举了一些应急预案应用实例。
To establish and improve the emergency plan of accidents is an important part of risk management. In this paper the necessity of the emergency plan is analyzed, as well as the compilation, practice, revision and function, and some applied examples are listed.
