摘要
设计了一种基于Matlab的FIA-分光光度分析数据采集系统。利用ISA扩展槽数据采集卡进行数据采集。首先用C语言编写程序对数据采集卡进行读写操作,然后在Matlab中将其编译为动态数据链接库,最后在Matlab中调用动态数据链接库完成数据采集工作。利用Matlab强大的数值计算功能还可以对数据做相应处理。
A data acquisition system based on matlab was designed for FIA-spectrophotometer. The data acquisition is realized by a data acquisition card in ISA expanded slot. A read-and-writer operation procedure is written with C language and is compiled into DLL （dynamic link library） file in Matlab. The data acquisition is implemented by calling the DLL file. The data obtained can be furthur treated by using the powerful numerical computation ability of Matlab.
