摘要
针对广州发电厂1号锅炉制粉系统煤粉粗、均匀性差、分离器阻力大、磨损严重、出力不足等问题,对粗细粉分离器进行了技术改造。改造后制粉系统出力提高,制粉单耗降低,煤粉均匀性提高,锅炉飞灰可燃物明显下降。此外,减少了锅炉受热面磨损,提高了整个锅炉机组运行的安全性,取得了很好的经济效益。
Directing against the problems existing in the coal pulverizing system of boiler no. 1 in Guangzhou Power Plant, such as coarse particles of the pulverized coal, low uniformity, large resistance in the separator, serious wornout, and insufficient output etc. , retrofit of coarse pulverized coal sepa-rater has been carried out. After retrofitting, the output of coal pulvevizing system has been enhanced, its specific consumption lowered, combustibles in fly ash of the boiler obviously decreased, wornout of heating surface of the boiler alleviated, safety in operation of the entire boiler unit increased, obtaining very good economic benefit.
