摘要
分析了宝鸡第二发电厂原有600m3/h机械搅拌澄清池存在的问题,结合利用循环水排水,提出了澄清池的改造方案:(1)加装斜管;(2)改变助凝剂加药点;(3)加酸控制;(4)调整、修复集泥装置和取样点。改造后的运行试验表明,澄清池出水水质优良,改造获得成功。
The existing problems of original 600 m3/h mechanically agitated settling pond in Baoji Power Plant no. 2 have been analysed, and the retrofitting scheme of the settling pond being put forward. Combined with utilization of discharged water of the circulating water, the said scheme includes: (1) aditionally to install inclined pipe; (2)to change the dosing point of coagulant aid; (3)to control the acid dosing; (4) to adjust and repair the mud collector and the sampling points. After retrofitting, the operation test shows that the quality of output water from the settling pond to be excellent, obtaining great success.
