AN APPROACH TO SEVERAL PROBLEMS IN INSPECTION OF HIGH-PRESSURE FASTENING DEVICES AT THERMAL POWER PLANTS

摘要 针对火力发电厂高温螺栓检验过程中发现的螺栓和螺母硬度、螺栓冲击韧性及20Cr1Mo1VNbTiB钢金相检验等几个方面存在的问题,提出标准DL4382000与DL43991对螺栓硬度要求应统一,新螺母应进行硬度检验并与相应的螺栓配对编号使用等建议,希望在标准修订过程中予以考虑。 Directing against the problems existing in aspects of solidity of bolts and nuts, impact ductility of bolts, and metallographic examination of 20CrlMolVNbTiB steel, which were discovered in the inspection process of high - temperature bolts at thermal power plants, some recommendations have been put forward, such as requirements for solidity of bolts, which had been stipulated in standards DL438 - 2000 and DL439 -91, should be unified* and solidity inspection for new nuts should be carried out, and be numbered and applied with corresponding bolts, etc. . It is hoped to be considered in the process of revising the above - mentioned standards.
