异丙苯定位硝化制备对硝基异丙苯

摘要 以多聚磷酸、硝酸和硫酸的混酸定位硝化异丙苯。实验表明,适宜的混酸组成为多聚磷酸∶硝酸(65%)∶硫酸(98%)=15∶38∶57(质量比),硝酸与异丙苯的质量比为38∶45,在-10^-5℃下向异丙苯中滴加混酸3 h得到对硝基异丙苯,平均收率为88.7%。 p-Nitroisopropyl benzene was synthesized by nitrification of cumin by mixed acid, the experimental results showed that optimum mass ratio of polyphosphoric acid, nitric acid (65%) and sulfuric acid (98 % ) was 15: 38: 57, and the mass ratio of nitric acid ( 65 % ) to isopropyl benzene was 38: 45. The nitrifying reaction was conducted at -10 - -5℃ for 3 h and yield was 88.7%.
