我们将在圣多美和普林西比共和国治疗的小儿恶性疟８８０例分析为１０种临床表现类型，经抗疟药物治疗和对症处理，使病死率降至０．９％，取得了良好效果。

In this paper, ten clinical manifestations of falciparum malaria in 880 children have been analysed according to various symptoms in order to improve the diagnosis and cure rate. These cases were administered anti-malaria drugs as well as the treatment of their symptoms. Good therapeutic effects were achieved, and the mortality was less than 1 %.
