超临界CO_2萃取蜂胶气相色谱/质谱法分析研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文通过气质联用技术和标准图谱检索对照的方法对蜂胶的主要成分进行分析研究。核对和补充检查的方法分离和鉴定各化学组分,用离子流色谱峰面积归一法计算各组分的相对含量。结果分离鉴定黄酮类、脂肪酸、芳香酸、烷醇、烷类、萜烯类等80个组分峰,用峰面积归一法通过化学工作站数据处理系统统计得出蜂胶超临界萃取物组分的相对含量,并且蜂胶超临界萃取物含量中99.09%的物质被剖析出来。 Objective: To understand the chemical constituents of Propolis extracted by Supercritical Fluid. Metheds: The components were separated and identified by GC-MS and elucidated on the standard mass spectral data.The relative conents in percentage were caculated with Area normalization methed. Results: Eighty kinds of components were separated. Among them ,seventy-nine ones were identified and their relative contents in percentage were identified and their relative contents in percentage were caculated. Conclusion: They were flavone, organic acid, alkyl, alkylol, terpene .
