摘要
对福州市道路交通事故特点、内外因进行了分析,针对影响福州市道路交通安全的主要因素,确定了道路交通安全的3项评价指标,标定了域值.并运用灰色理论,从宏观上对各年度的交通安全进行了综合评价.
The characteristics and influence factors of traffic safety in Fuzhou City were analysed. Based on main factors of safety, three evaluation indexes were suggested and their thresholds were determined. Moreover, every year＇s traffic safety in Fuzhou City was evaluated by using the grey theoty.
