针对微型超纯水生产设备的控制系统,就设计中的单片机系统配置、控制系统的输入输出接口、单片机系统软件程序设计、系统参数设置及窗口显示等设计内容进行了论述,并提出了超纯水生产设备控制系统较详细的设计方案。

Introduced a control system on micro super-pure water producing equipment. On this basis, the single-chip system＇s setup, the input and output interface of the control system, the software design of the single-chip system , the system＇s parameter setup, it＇s windows display and so on were discussed. And the detailed design scheme was also put forward.
