二甲双胍联合胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病研究

Therapeutic effect of metformin combined with insulin on type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的观察二甲双胍在胰岛素强化治疗中的作用。方法选择已确诊为2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者82例,随机分为G1组和G2组2组,G1组为单纯胰岛素强化治疗,G2组为二甲双胍加胰岛素强化治疗,分别记录2组血糖达标时间、日胰岛素用量及治疗前后的体重和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)变化。结果G2组与G1组相比血糖达标时间、日胰岛素用量差异均非常显著(P<0.01),体重改变和HbA1C的组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合胰岛素强化治疗可以缩短血糖达标时间,减少日胰岛素用量及胰岛素治疗所致体重增加,平稳控制血糖。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of mefformin combined with insulin on type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 64 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups, the patients in group 1 were treated with insulin, however, the patients in group 2 were treated with mefformin combined with insulin. The time up to standard, insulin quantity of one day, weight change before and after treatment were observed. Results There were significant differences in the time up to standard and insulin quantity between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01）. There were significant differences in weight change and HbA1 C between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Metfomin combined with insulin could significantly decrease the time up to standard and insulin quantity of one day,reduce increase of weight-caused by insulin and could control blood glucose smoothly.
