摘要
针对圆盘制曲机专门开发的CHR-Process600智能控制系统,可实现从原料至成品全过程的标准化作业,达到真正的在封闭式状态下,做到自动化生产高质量的酱油曲,减少人为因素的影响。该文介绍了CHR-Process600圆盘制曲机自动控制系统的结构、功能以及在实际生产中应用的效果。
The intelligent control system CHR-Process600 was developed. It could realize automatic production for koji making from raw material to end product. In closed state, high quality sauce was produced and the influence of operators was decreased. In this paper, the structure, function, and application of CHR-Process600 were Introduced.
