摘要
利用可见光及紫外分光光度法测定女贞子总黄酮含量,可见光分光光度法是以芦丁为参照品,硝酸铝作显色剂,在510nm波长测定总黄酮含量。紫外分光光度法是以芦丁为参照品,在359nm波长测定总黄酮含量。经过比较,认为紫外分光光度法是一种较理想的测定方法。
Total flavonoid in Ligustrum Lucidurn Ait was determined by UV or VIS spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 510 nm or 359 nm, with turin as contrast sample and AI （NO3）3 as revealing agent. The comparison of determination results obtained from VIS and UV spectrophotometry was done and the latter was proved to be a better method for detennination of total flavonoid content in Ligustrum Lucidurn Ait.
