摘要
从生理、病理、论治、调护４个方面对《幼幼集成》中的脾胃论治特色进行探讨，认为其特点是：注重脾胃倡母乳；端本澄源求病因；攻补相宜治虚实；调燮善后有活法。
From the points of physiology,pathology,treatment and nursing,the Characteristics of the treatment for spleen and stomach recorded in Youyou Jicheng(A Complete Work on Pediatrics)are discussed.The characteristics are:stress on spleen and stomach and using mother′s milk;searching the pathogen for treating the fundamental and clearing source;using reducing and reinforcing methods for excess and deficiency symdromes,and the flexible methods for regulating aftermath.Therefore,it is significant on the treatment of infantile spleen and stomach diseases today.
