中西医结合治疗重型水痘60例临床观察

Integrated TCM-WM for Severe Varicella: Effect Observation of 60 Cases

为了探求重型水痘的有效治疗方法，我们采用中西医结合的方法进行观察，中药用自拟“清气凉营解毒汤”，西药用病毒唑及对症治疗，并设立对照组进行对照比较。结果治疗组６０例，痊愈７例，显效３５例，有效１８例，总有效率１００％；对照组６０例，显效１９例，有效２７例，无效１４例，总有效率７６％，两组疗效比较Ｐ＜０．００５，差异显著。

For studing the effective therapies for severe varicella,the integrated TCM-WM method was used for the observation.In TCM the self-prescribed ‘Qingqi Liangying Jiedutang’was used,and in WM the virazole with suiting the treatment to the symptoms was used.The control group was established.The result showed that,in 60 cases of treatment group,7 cases were completely cured,35 cases were obviously effective,18 cases were effective and the total effective rate was 100%;while that in 60 cases of control group,19 cases were obviously effective,27 case were effective,14 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 76%.It indicated the that effect in integrated TCM-WM group was remarkably better than that in control group(P<0.05).
