股骨颈骨折一粗一细加压螺纹钉内固定的生物力学研究

Biomechanical Study on Internal Fixation With One Thick One Thin Pressure Screw Post for Fracture of Neck of Femur

本文采用一粗一细加压螺纹钉内固定股骨颈骨折，对股骨颈在中立、外展、内收不同位置施加５０ｋｇ荷载压力，通过电阻应变计测定一粗一细两钉所承受拉、压应力。

The internal fixation method with one thick one thin pressure screw post was used for treating the fracture of neck of femur.With the method of advanced resistance extensometer,the distribution law of the stress on the neck of femur with the load of 50kg in the positions of midle,abduction and adduction was studied.The result showes that the pulling and pushing stress on the thick and thin screw posts is better than any other internal fixation methods.
