珍珠口疮冲剂主要药效学研究

Main Pharmacodynamic Study on Zhenzhu Kouchuang Chongji

珍珠口疮冲剂１２ｇ／ｋｇ、６ｇ／ｋｇ对表皮葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌所致的豚鼠实验性口腔粘膜溃疡，有显著的疗效；６ｇ／ｋｇ、３ｇ／ｋｇ对小鼠实验性毛细血管通透性的增加，亦有明显的降低作用；用水配成６０％、１５％的混悬液，局部用药，对小鼠甲醛性致痛和断尾性出血，有良好的止痛和止血作用；体外抑菌试验。

Zhenzhu Kouchuang Chongji (Pearl Granule for Aphtha).With the doses of 12g/kg and 6g/kg has the obvious effect to the experimental stomatocace of guinea pig caused by epiderm staphylococcus and Canadida albicans.With the doses of 6g/kg and 3g/kg,it obviously reduces the experimental capillary hyperpermeability of mice.The 60% and 15% water suspension have the good effects of analgesia and hemostasis to the pain caused by formaldehyde and the bleeding caused by cutting the tail on mice.Moreover,the bacteriostatic test in vitro showes that the granule has the effect of bacteriostasis.
