研究AHR3202407-CWH型图形点阵式伪彩LCD及其QPYD-03型控制器在10kV电力系统单相接地故障定位装置中的实际应用,设计QPYD-03控制器与80C196KB型单片机的接口方式和硬件电路。同时,针对液晶显示器及其控制器的特点,探讨其图形显示功能的编程技巧,设计写汉字和字符的软件流程,并给出完整的绘点子程序。

The application of false color graphic dots of matrix LCD AHR3202407-CWH and its controller QPYD-03 in the single-phase ground malfunction-located -device for 10kV power system is studied. The mode of interface and hardware circuit between it and 80C196KB single-chip microcomputer is designed. According to the characteristics of liquid crystal display and its controller, the programming skill of its graphical display function is discussed and the software flow for writing chinese characters and words is proposed. The integrated painting dot program is also presented.
