摘要
为了提高测量精度,许多测试系统要求在连续运动中实时同步进行数据采集。根据同步工作原理,利用RTSI总线技术和LabWindows/CVI编程实现了运动控制和数据采集之间的同步,实验结果表明该方法在提高测试精度方面是有效的。
Many measuring systems require synchronous data acquisition in consecutive motion to enhance measurement precision.The working principle of synchronization,specially how to utilize RTSI bus technique and LabWindows/CVI to accomplish synchronization between motion control and data acquisition is introduced.The results show that this method is effective in increasing of measurement precision.
