摘要
目的探讨脑源性神经营养因子(Brain-DerivedNeurotrophicFactor,BDNF)基因多态性与散发性帕金森病(SporadicParkinson'sDisease,SPD)的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)分析方法对196例健康人和85例SPD患者进行基因分型;利用x2检验统计分析实验数据。结果两组间BDNF基因G196A和C270T多态性位点各基因型和等位基因频率差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论BDNF基因多态性与SPD无显著相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) genetic polymorphisms (G196A and C270T) and sporadic Parkinson's disease(SPD). Methods:The genotype of 196 healthy controls and 85 SPD patients was analyzed with the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism technique; X^2 test was used to estimate p values. Results : G/A genotype was dominant in both groups and no T allele was found. There were no significant differences in genotype and allele frequencies of G196A and C270T between SPD and control group. Conclusions: No association existed between BDNF genetic polymorphisms and SPD in Han population of Huazhong area.
