大脑深静脉血栓形成7例临床与MR 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨大脑深静脉血栓形成(DCVST)的病因、临床表现及诊断。方法回顾性分析7例经MR证实为大脑深静脉血栓形成的临床资料并复习有关文献。结果首发症状多为头痛,易伴精神症状,均有不同程度的意识障碍。结论脑静脉血栓形成的病因与脑静脉窦血栓形成(VST)的病因相似,无特征性临床表现,常进展迅猛,病死率高。MR是理想的诊断手段。
