摘要
目的研究螺旋藻不同成份对人白血病Jurkat细胞生长的影响。方法从直线型钝顶螺旋藻(SP-Dz)中提取藻多糖和藻胆蛋白,将不同浓度的螺旋藻粗提取液、藻多糖和藻胆蛋白分别添加到细胞培养液中进行体外细胞培养,每天在显微镜下计数活细胞数。结果100mg/L的藻粗提取液抑制率接近90%,螺旋藻多糖浓度为25mg/L或者藻胆蛋白浓度为200mg/L时,对癌细胞生长的抑制率可以达到50%左右,随着浓度的增加,抑制效果增强。结论螺旋藻粗提取液、藻多糖和藻胆蛋白对Jurkart细胞生长均有明显抑制作用,螺旋藻多糖发挥抑制作用的浓度最低。
[Objective] To investigate the effects of polysaccharide and phycobiliproteins from Spimlina Platensis on the growth of human Jurkat leukemia cells. [Methods] Polysaccharide and phycobiliproteins were purified from a linear variety of Spindina Platensis (SP-Dz). After being added different dosages of the crude extracts, polysaccharide and phycobiliproteins from Spindina Platensis into the culture medium respectively, the cancer cells were cultivated in vitro. The vivid cells were counted in microscope each day. [Result] The crude extracts of 100 mg/L could suppress the growth of cancer cells near to 90%, and the suppressive rate could reach to about 50% by the 25mg/L polysaccharide or 200 mg/L phycobiliproteins, and the suppressed rate enhanced with the increasing of the dosages of the medicine. [Conclusion] The crude extracts, polysaccharide and phycobiliproteins from Spirulina Platensis all could notably suppress the growth of Jurkart leukemia cells and the concentration in effect of polysaccharide is the lowest of all.
