摘要
采用粉末冶金方法制备铁基非晶粉体/Zn复合材料,用X射线衍射仪、金相显微镜和扫描电镜(配备能谱仪)分析研究材料的界面及显微结构及其主要影响因素。结果表明,非晶粉体没有晶化,得到了铁基非晶粉体/Zn复合材料,复合材料界面和显微结构比较好。烧结温度和时间是影响非晶向晶体转变的主要因素,烧结温度越高,烧结时间越长,界面结合越好,但必须在一定的范围内。加入烧结助剂纳米TiO2有利于材料烧结,对材料界面有重要的影响。
The Fe-based amorphous powder/Zn composite is prepared by powder metallurgy process, and some signifi- cant interface affecting factors and microstructure of the composite are investigated by X-ray diffractometer, metaUograph and SEM(equipped with EDS). The results show that the product is Fe-based amorphous powder/ Zn composite without crystallization, and has excellent performance on the interface and microstructure. The sintering temperature and retention time are the key parameters impacting on the transformation from amorphous state to crystalline. The higher the temperature and the longer the retention time in proper ranges, the better interface and the denser microstructure of the composite. The addition of nano-TiO2 is beneficial to sintering results.
