高硫高铝矿拜耳溶液除硫剂——铝酸钡的合成 被引量:7

摘要 研究用氢氧化铝和高铝矿分别与碳酸钡合成铝酸钠溶液的高效除硫剂———铝酸钡的过程及最佳合成条件。结果表明,用氢氧化铝和高铝矿的最佳合成条件分别为温度1250℃,时间80min,分子比为1.1和温度1200℃,时间80min,分子比1.1,合成率分别达到99.8%和99.5%。二种原料合成的铝酸钡都能符合铝酸钠溶液除硫的要求,但用高铝矿的合成成本要低许多。 The process and the optimal condition of the barium aluminate synthesis by use of aluminium hydroxide or high grade bauxite as the one of the raw material reacting with the barium carbonate, a high efficiency desulphurizing reagent of sodium aluminate solution, are investigated. The results show that the optimal synthesis conditions for aluminium hydroxide or high grade bauxite as the one of the raw material are 1250℃, 80 min and 1.1 molecular proportion ([Al]/[Ba]), and 1200℃, 80min and 1.1 molecular proportion ([Al]/[Ba]), respectively. And the efficiency of synthesis are 99.8 % and 99.5 %, respectively. The products with both raw materials are consonant with the requirements of the desulphurizing purification of the sodium aluminate solution, however, the cost is much lower with the high grade bauxite.
