摘要
用尼尔森离心选矿机处理加拿大鹰桥公司克拉哈贝勒选厂磨矿回路产品,回收铂族金属和黄金。试验结果表明,铂族金属和金选择性地富集于球磨机排矿和水力旋流器底流中,采用常规尼尔森离心选矿机和可变速尼尔森离心选矿机的联合工艺,获得了满意的分选指标。球磨机排矿离心机二段分选精矿Pt,Pd和Au总回收率分别为84.70%,56.39%和80.50%;Pt,Pd和Au品位分别为137.67g/t,54.27g/t和155.93g/t;Pt,Pd和Au富集比为49.6,31.9和47.7。旋流器底流离心机二段分选精矿Pt,Pd和Au总回收率分别为76.52%,49.93%和77.79%;Pt,Pd和Au品位分别为112.70g/t,47.86g/t和120.81g/t;Pt,Pd和Au富集比为42.3,27.9和43.2。
The centrifugal separation process of mediate products from Clarabelle mill grinding circuit of FalconbridgeSudbury Corporation by use of the Knelson Concentrator to recover the platinum group metals and gold is investigated. The results show that the platinum group metals and gold are selectively enriched in the milling discharge and hydrocyclone underflow, the excellent result for valuable metals recovery is achieved by the combination technology with the typical Knelson concentrator and the speed-variable Knelson concentrator. The general recovery and the grade as well as the rate of Pt, Pd and Au enrichment in the two-stage centrifugal concentrate from the milling discharge are 84.70%, 56.39%and 80.50% ; 137.67 g/t, 54.27 g/t and 155.93g/t; 49.6, 31.9 and 47.7, respectively. The general recovery and the grade as well as the ratio of Pt, Pd and Au enrichment in the two-stage centrifugal concentrate from the cyclone underflow are 76.52 %, 49.93 % and 77.79 % ; 112.70g/t, 47.86g/t and 120.81g/t; 42.3,27.9 and, respectively
