摘要
人力资源培训是提高纺织企业核心竞争力的重要手段,及时、有效地进行员工培训,可以使企业员工在对内团结和对外竞争中立于不败之地。校企结合能够充分发挥高等学校和纺织企业的双重资源,使企业人力资源培训的成本降低,同时可以获得好的培训效果。
Human resource training is an important way to enhance the core competitive power of textile enterprises.Timely and effective training can enable staff and workers to be in impregnable position in internal unity and external competition. The uniori between colleges and enterprises can make the enterprises fully utilize double resource of colleges and enterprises, reduce training costs, and obtain good training effects.
