高校科研对区域经济发展影响的思考

在区域经济发展过程中,区域高校科研活动存在着管理理念和机制不够完善、原创性科研不足、科技成果转化率不高、企业和高校科研合作的格局不完善等问题。政府和高校应加强科研管理理念和机制,积极有效引导原创性科研活动,企业和高校在科研活动上各自发挥优势,建立合理的科研合作格局。

There exist problems of fall-behind of management ideal and system, lower rate of scientific research transformation., poor research innovation ability, faultiness of the mode of industry- university cooperation. The higher education scientific research should rationalize its research distribution, reform its system and ideal, strengthen original scientific research and establish logical mode of industry-university cooperation.
