摘要
文章对某款手机在开发过程中导航键断裂进行了故意诊断。通过对故障现象的统计分析,确定了失效模式。对导航键的设计思路、工作原理及制作工艺进行了系统的追溯,并利用因果图及因素分析法,逐项分析可能导致失效的因素,最终找出了失效的根本原因,并给出解决方案。文章同时介绍了如何对按键本身进行试验,以及如何设计试验治具,以确定按键质量的稳定性。该实验显著缩短了确认质量的时间并降低了开发成本,体现了故障诊断抽象试验的优越性。
This article illustrates a real problem diagnosing case to the navigation key during the design test phase for one mobile phone keypad. It defines failure model based on a deep look and statistic analysis to the problem. The article makes a systematic review to the whole framework of the keypad design concept, functioning mechanism and manufacture process, by using tools of fishbone diagram and key factor analysis, it exams every possible distributions of factors, among which the root causes are surfaced out and solutions are eventually proposed to solve the failure. Finally, in order to verity whether the proposed solutions can produce a stable effect (repetability and reproducibility ), the design of testing jig, measuring tools and method are also presented in the article. The experiment in fact significantly reduces the cycle time and cost of data tracing and demonstrates the superior advantage of virtual testing in problem diagnosis.
