参附注射液对缺血性心肌病心功能和心肌纤维化的影响

Effect of Shenfu Injection on Cardiac Function and Myocardial Fibrosis of Ischemic Cardiomyopathy

观察参附注射液对缺血性心肌病(ICM)心力衰竭患者心功能和心肌纤维化的影响。62例患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察患者症状和体征,测量6分钟步行距离,超声心动图检测心功能(SV、EF、FS),放射免疫法测定血清BNP、PCⅢ、HA和LN浓度。结果显示观察组治疗有效率、6MWT距离、SV、EF、FS显著高于对照组,血清BNP水平显著低于对照组,血清PCⅢ、HA和LN水平显著下降。提示参附注射液能显著改善ICM患者心功能,缓解甚至逆转心肌纤维化可能是其作用基础。

To research the effects of shenfu injection on the cardiac function and myocardial fibrosis of ischemie eardiomyopathy. Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. To observe the changes of signs and symptoms, and measure the distances of six-minute walk test （6MWT）. Eehocardiography was performed to measure the cardiac function of the left ventricle （SV, EF, FS） , and RIA was used to detect the serum levels of BNP, PC Ⅲ, HA and LN. The results showed that the effective rate of treatment, the 6MWT distances and the cardiac function of the left ventricle （SV, EF, FS） in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, the serum levels of BNP, PC Ⅲ, HA and LN were obviously lower than those in control group. These indicate that shenfu injection can greatly improve the cardiac function of patients suffered from ischemic cardiomyopathy, its mechanism may be related to relieving or even reversing myocardial fibrosis.
