摘要 探索大鼠大脑皮层诱发电位的实验方法的改进。将刺激输出电极插入大鼠前爪腕部,用电钻在颅骨表面磨孔并用眼科镊轻轻剥离余下的骨皮质,完全暴露硬脑膜,放置银球引导电极并观察皮层诱发电位信号。结果:在大鼠大脑皮层记录到较为清晰的诱发电位,出现主反应、次反应和后发放。结论:改进后的大鼠皮层诱发电位技术,操作简单易行且不易出血,不会损伤大脑皮质。 To investigate the improvement of experiment on cerebral cortex evoked potential in rat. The output electrode was inserted into the rat's ex-paw, and a hole was grinded in the rat's skull, then the rest bones were removed lightly by tweezers that is used in ophthalmology surgical operation. When the cerebral dura mater was exposed completely, we can connect the input electrode and observe the potential signal. The results showed that evoked potentials in rat's brain were detected clearly including main reaction, secondary reaction and after reaction. Conclusion: The improvement of experiment can make less damage to cerebrum and decrease bleed, and it easy to operate.
