On April 7, 2006, the annual Royal Easter Show was held at the Olympic Boulevard in Sydney, Australia. On the same day, the ＂New Beijing, New Olympics＂ show was opened in Sydney. During this celebration, after successfully publicizing city images in Japan, South Korea and the European and American nations, Qingdao hosted an event to publicize the city image under the theme of ＂Meeting at the Olympic Games in 2008 ＆ Sailing in Qingdao.＂
