摘要
目的探讨招飞体检中进行对比敏感性检查的方法和标准,改进现行视觉功能检查方法。方法用CSF-I型对比敏感性检查仪,检查了305名应招男青年在5个空间频率上的对比敏感性。结果视力合格组(n=239)和视力不合格组(n=66)的对比敏感性水平,经统计检验有显著性差异,视力合格组优于视力不合格组。进一步分析了视力合格组的对比敏感性分布,选取了淘汰3%的正常值界限。另外,视力不合格组(VA>0.8)中有些人对比敏感度优良,从而提出了根据视力和对比敏感性相结合的选拔方法。结论在招飞体检中结合使用视锐度检查和对比敏感性检查是有价值的。
