摘要
利用UV/Fenton法对模拟间甲酚废水进行了处理,研究了H2O2加入量、FeSO4加入量、pH、原水初始浓度等因素对COD去除率的影响.通过大量实验,确定了UV/Fenton法处理模拟间甲酚废水的最佳条件:常温下,pH为4.0,[H2O2]/[Fe2+]=15,紫外灯照射时间为60 m in.当原水间甲酚浓度为251 mg/L时,在最佳反应条件下,经UV/Fenton法处理后COD去除率达80%左右.为达到更好的去除效果,在实验过程中加入TiO2,将COD去除率提高到90.5%,再用Ca(OH)2絮凝沉降,则COD去除率可达92.5%.
In this paper, the additional amount of H2O2, FeSO4, pH, and concentration of wastewater have effect on the COD removals in treating simulated m - Cresol water by UV/Fenton process are investigated. The optimum conditions are determined trough a large number of experiments: pH is 4.0, [H2O2]/[Fe^2+] is 15, the time of Fenton and ultraviolet rays reacting is about 60min. when the initial water's concentration is 251 mg/L, the clearance of COD is about 80% by using UV/Fenton process. For the better removal ratio, the clearance would be 90.5% if TiO2 is added. Finally, the water is treated by Ca(OH)2 flocculation, and the clearance is 92.5%.
