摘要 汽车发动机齿轮系统冲击振动所引起的噪声,是发动机噪声的主要来源之一.减轻或吸收齿轮啮合时的冲击振动,即可降低噪声.消除齿轮副中的啮合间隙,即可减轻齿轮间的冲击振动;将摩擦环嵌入齿轮轮缘内侧的槽内,利用摩擦环与齿轮间的相对摩擦滑动,衰减齿轮的振动,也可降低汽车发动机齿轮噪声.本文对无间隙齿轮的间隙消除原理作一简要介绍,并对采用了无间隙正时齿轮的某越野车发动机噪声进行了实测.测试结果表明,采用无间隙齿轮后,发动机总体噪声在一定程度上降低了. The noise excited by impact and vibration of gear pairs in automobile engine is one of the main sources of noise. And it can be reduced by reduction or absorption of impact or vibration of gears in engagement. The impact between gears can be reduced by eliminating the side clearance of gear pairs in engagement, and vibration of a gear can be weakened by the friction between the gear and a damping loop embedded in the gear brink. In this paper, the mechanism of gapless gear is briefly introduced and the noise level of a go - anywhere vehicle with the gapless gears is measured. The measurement result shows that the total noise level of the engine with the gapless gears is reduced to a certain extent.
