摘要
本文应用外加底物法测定103例缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)病人和36例健康人的血浆LCAT活性和脂蛋白含量,病人组包括脑动脉硬化症患者40例,脑血栓形成患者63例。研究结果表明:ICVD患者血浆LCAT活性下降,脑血栓形成急性期下降尤著(P<0.001);LCAT活性与HDL-C、HDL2-C及apoA-I呈正相关,与LDL-C/HDL-C呈负相关,其中与HDL-C相关性最强(P<0.02)。
The LACT activity and lipoprotein compositions were determined in plasma of 103 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disorders(ICVD) and 36 healthy subjects.LCAT activity was determined by a method involving the use of exogenous substrate.Two groups of patients were included:40 patients with cerebral atherosclerosis,63 with cerebral thrombosis.The results revealed a lower LCAT activity in patient group,particularly in the acute stage of cerebral thrombosis.LCAT activity correlated positively with HDL C,HDL 2 C,apoA I and negatively with LDL C/HDL C.The highest correlation coefficient was found between LCAT activity and HDL C( P <0.02).These findings indicate that a decreased LCAT activity could be considered as a risk biochemical factor for atherosclerotic ICVD.
