小梁切除术后浅前房原因分析

The effect of flat anterior chamber after trabeculectomy

本文复习８７例９７眼青光眼小梁切除术，分为两组：（１）术后浅前房３６眼；（２）前房正常形成６１眼（对照组）。术后随访１年以上，两组的手术结果成功率相似，仅术前眼压（分别为３．６５±２．０２和３．００±１．０４ｋＰａ）和术后白内障进展的发生率（各为７／２１和１／３１），在浅前房组较高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。小梁切除术前降低眼压可以减少术后浅前房的发生，后者对小梁切除术后经过起有害的作用。

In this paper the authors reviewed 97 eyes of 87 patients who underwent trabeculectomy. We divided the eyes into the flat anterior chamber group (36 eyes) and formed anterior chamber group (61 eyes, control group).The two groups were smilar on the success of trabeculectomy for the followup period of 12 months or more, but the preoperative intraocular pressure (3.65±2.02 vs 3.00±1.04 kpa) and incidence of postoperative cataract progression (7/21 vs 1/32) were higher in the flat anterior chamber group. The development of the flat anterior chamber following trabeculectomy can be reduced by lowering the preoperative intraocular pressure, and flat anterior chamber may be hamful to the postoperative course of trabeculectomy.
