摘要
分析了目前国内金刚石制品中金刚石在胎体中的存在形式、金刚石的焊接机理和改善金刚石表面性质的方法,研究了采用金属添加剂使金刚石表面形成金属碳化物界面层的工艺方法。通过生产工艺试验,实现了在常规制造工艺条件下,金刚石与胎体金属的焊接,从而提高了制品的性能、生产效率、使用寿命,降低了产品成本。
Analysis is made of the presence of diamond in the matrix of the diamond products domestically manufactured,the welding mechanism of diamond and method of improving the diamond surface properties. The process of creating a metallic carbonide interface on the surface of the diamond by applying metallic additives is researched. Through production trials,diamond is successfully welded to the matrix metal nuder the common production conditions,improving the product performance,productivity and service life,and reducing the production cost.
